Star Wars being his main influence as a child, growing up they developed into Comic Greats such as Frank Miller, Jim Lee , Adam Hughes and Mark Texeira. After a short break after High School, Tom attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia, majoring in Computer/Traditional Animation. Where his influences such as Walt Disney, Chuck Jones and Bruce Timm worked their way into his work. After, he went West to San Francisco and took Film Classes. In 2003, Tom was approached by Lucasfilm to produce an online “Web Strip” for starwars.com that would help bridge the gap of the events of the upcoming “Clone Wars” Animated micro-series and “Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith”. The strip debuted in conjunction with the start of the Animated series in the Fall of 2004 and ran through the release of “Sith”.
